These guys are fantastic. Aiden really helped me when I had an issue with a tire that I had just purchased. He helped me get a set of tires on my truck that is better for my family. The process was very simple and the customer service is always great. They also do a really good job of balancing the large tires that I buy for my trucks and Jeeps so that I don't have to keep coming back to get it right. I really appreciate this.

Fantastic store and amazing employees. I am an old man that remembers when most businesses wanted to provide customers with friendly, helpful, and quick service. Those days are long gone for many businesses today. Not this store in Middletown Kentucky. Front line folks hustle, are polite and work hard to give you the best price and great service. I had scheduled an appointment for tire install at Discount Tire, per recommendation from Tire Rack, and was met at my vehicle promptly upon arrival by Logan.
