I've been buying tires from Discount Tires for my cars since 1995. I was impressed by the improvements in service and, in particular, in the AIR quality in the store. The smell of rubber tires has always been difficult for me wherever I encounter it. On this occasion (8-10-2026) the air was pleasant... I couldn't detect any tire odor at all. I was able to sit and wait without a problem. :-) In fact, the whole store was clean, the staff was attentive, and when my work was finished, I left happy. Thanks!!

Great staff

I visited this location last Saturday for a simple tire rotation. The service rep, Dylan, immediately tried to upsell me new tires. When I declined, his attitude changed and he told me a rotation ‘wouldn’t help my cost.’ He checked me in and said it would be 45 minutes to an hour before they could get to my car. About 15 minutes later, they suddenly brought my car back and claimed the rotation was already done. That was impossible. My rear tire has a faulty TPMS sensor — if they had actually rotated the tires, that faulty sensor would have moved to the front. Instead, all four sensors showed the exact same readings as before, and the bad sensor was still on the rear tire. It was clear they never touched my car. I didn’t have time to argue, but the dishonesty was obvious. Between the upsell attempt, the misleading information, and claiming work was done when it wasn’t, I will not return to this location.
