I've been a regular client for decades now. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My latest visit was in the middle of a store remodel and the crew was working under very difficult conditions, yet everyone was smiling, having fun, literally running from task to task, and making everyone there feel comfortable and respected. Braylon and Brandon were both, as usual, very helpful, considerate, and personable. I almost look forward to having a puncture just so I can watch this crew perform at an exceptional level of service!

After researching my tires online, I went to the store to establish an appointment and order the tires. The sales consultant asked why I chose those tires. I explained and he advised me that that tire didn't experience as long a tread life as expected. I happily switched to my second choice. I appreciate the candid advice I wouldn't have gotten by ordering them online. Human experience in a digital world made the difference!

3 ring circus and tire changers not finishing the jobs they start. too many start one job and someone else finishing. I watch 3 different guys work on mounting 1 tire on my vehicle and still had problems 50 mile down the road, tire blew out from lack of securing TPMS sensor
