We always use Discount Tire now for all our vehicles. The service, price and knowledge is wonderful. The only suggestion we would make is to have a separate check-in station if you have taken the trouble to make an appointment. I hate waiting in line for 10-15 minutes if I have already scheduled an appointment.

The employees knowledgable about the tires that are sold. Very helpful and pleasant to do business with.

I will be back solely based on the customer service I received. The work done on my car was also done very well and the service was quick, don’t be intimidated by how busy the parking lot is, the guys here work hard and fast.

Took my car in for a tire rotation and they found a nail in my tire and fixed it free of charge. Really professional shop in my opinion.

Justin Graham was the best-very knowledgeable which made feel comfortable for stopping in. I was going to shop around for tires but after Justin’s patience explaining the different options in tires, there warranty and that they are statewide. There was no reason to go anywhere else!

I make the 40 minute drive because the customer service is so much better than the Battle Creek store. Jackson had a tire brought over from the Adrian store to help me out. BC store said nope 3 to 5 days. I've been driving to Jackson for the last 3.5 years.
