It was the best tire shopping experience I’ve ever had. After trouble calling another store, this store answered on the first ring, listened to what I needed, helped me decide what was best, held my tires and helped me load them into my car all within minutes. From the time I drove there to the time I left the store couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes. I had one associate help me on the phone and a second associate complete my order in store. Both associates were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more from the whole experience.

Aside from the over charge on 2 tires, the ticked off fellow customers and the 3 hour wait even though i made an appointment and the several attempts by the scheduling ai to auto cancel an appointment once i arrived. Yeah im not coming back.

They have so much to do so many customers, but I think that’s a good thing because they do do good work so sometimes you have to wait to get your service but I think it was worth the wait and I do appreciate the customer service
