The employees at this store are always very helpful and courteous. I am glad that I purchased my tires here.

Being able to schedule appointments saves me time and I really appreciate that.

They were just really great at there jobs.

The only thing lacking was fresh coffee.

I Have used Discount Tire occasionally over the years when they sold what I needed when I needed. I was able to get my trailer tires replaced conveniently. Called in the morning, ordered , They got tires from warehouse by noon. I dropped off my trailer in the morning and picked it up by 3pm. They got it done. Only issue was the tire pressures were higher on the right side? Not sure why. That's why I gave them a 4 on overall rating.

The staff are extremely polite and helpful at this location. I unfortunately cannot recall any names to point out specifically, but multiple staff members asked me if I needed assistance. My tires had a seasonal change and it went super smooth. No scuffs on my rims, they were faster than their estimated time, while being extremely helpful and respectful!

I appreciate the Discount Tire brand and have been loyal to it in the past — but this particular location is a complete disappointment. The store is mismanaged to the point where it’s no longer a reliable option for customers. They actively prioritize walk-ins over scheduled appointments. Why? Because it’s easier to just show up and get a quick, often subpar service — not because they care about their customers, but because they’re trying to fill the floor space with customers who show up on their own. This makes scheduling appointments meaningless — you can’t count on them to show up on time, and if they do, they’re often already booked for a walk-in customer. I’ve scheduled multiple appointments, only to be told, “We’re busy” or “We’re just not set up for that yet.” It’s not a customer service issue — it’s a management issue. They don’t have the infrastructure, staff, or commitment to keep appointments. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused experience, please go elsewhere. Discount Tire is a franchise with a solid reputation — but this location is a liability. Don’t let them fool you. Go to a different store. You’ll thank yourself.
