I was 30 minutes late for my tire rotation appointment (got out of work late) but they still were able to do the rotation in less then 30 minutes while I waited.

I've always had great luck at this store. Not only have I been able to get tires I love at a good price, but on the rare occasions where there's been some sort of quirk in the computer and I couldn't order what I wanted via the website (e.g. a speed rating that's totally fine and meets specs but the something in the system didn't think it was compatible), I've been able to walk in and talk to a friendly human who understood what I wanted to do and was happy to make it happen. The location is convenient, too, so if you end up with a bit of a wait (like when they squeezed me in on Labor Day weekend - that was impressive!) there's stuff you can walk over to while you kill time.

Went here to have my tire repaired. Paige provided the best customer care service of any individual I've come across in quite awhile. After checking my tires thread, Paige suggested to have them rotated and the thing I appreciated the most is when Paige said that Tire Discount likes to take care of its customers and I firmly believe that. Will be back for tires and future repairs.

The Apple Valley Minnesota branch provided exceptional service. My selected tire was not available so the store manager upgraded me to a better tire for the same price. Service and consideration that was completely unexpected but greatly appreciated. I was warmly greeted, had the situation explained to me, and then passed on to a service person who was pleasant, conversant, knowledgeable and helpful. Again, this is a level of service that I'm not used to receiving anymore. I only needed two trailer tires replaced, and the tire specialist retrieved the two tires from my truck and returned them in about 15 minutes. Incredible. I'm now a fan of Discount Tire for more than just the Military Discount.
