Was a good experience. I bought four tires.

David was super helpful with my warranty I had on my tires and getting everything done in timely matter. Went to different location previously not so helpful. Will definitely be going back to this location for future purchases.

This store upholds what I believe is the company’s mission – fabulous customer service and quality products. I have visited Discount tire in a number of different states; and within a number of different cities within different states. The staff is always very knowledgeable, very helpful, very understanding. When any of my vehicles (from small sedan, 32 foot travel trailer, small utility trailer, 250 diesel truck, or Ford transit passenger van) needs new tires, I don’t even consider going anywhere else. Because I have never had a bad experience at Discount Tire!!! This store holds up the same quality experience. thank you very much to everyone involved – from upper management (for whatever you do so your employees care about the customer), to the sales people, and to the technicians.

David met me outside the store as I approached the front door to ask how he could help me. Tire had slow leak. I didn’t have appointment. Staff addressed source of leak by addressing corrosion on tire rim. It only took about an hour.

Purchasing the tires and booking the service appointment online is definitely the way to go. From the time I parked to when I drove off was about an hour. All four tires and the spare swapped out on a 1 ton pickup.

The sales team alongside the manager was very helpful with purchasing my snow tires on my BMW ×6. He was able to sit and go over my purchase which made it better on my end.

My household is generally skeptical of auto repair shops but we trust Discount Tire. There’s never pressure, they make recommendations but ultimately sell you what you ask for. Service people never try to induce panic. They give their opinion and leave it up to you what to do. Free rotation is appreciated, that’s a generous offer. My only complaint about this store was the state of the men’s restroom. It looked like no one had cleaned it for quite a while. But this is a minor complaint when finding a repair shop I trust.

The staff were very professional, prompt and respectful. They were able to patch up my flat tire on a busy saturday and get me on the road within an hour!

These stores are amazing! They fix flats for free and I stopped to get air in my tires and I drove away with 4 new tires for super super cheap! I won't go anywhere else!!!
