I was fortunate in hitting the sweet spot for timing. Even with being told initially that new tires would be installed and back on the road in about 45 mins, I'm not sure it was much over 30. Not to mention the BFG's purchased will work as well as they look on the work truck. Incredibly fast and professional service, thanks!

I seriously don't understand how they can change tires so fast AND do such good work at the same time. I walked in, purchased tires and drove away with them on the car in less than 20 min. All the time, the friendliest staff around. I really don't understand why somebody would buy tires someplace else.

I have been loyal to the Eagan store for several years. Typically, I call first with my call answered within 1-2 rings. A pleasant, non-rushed, helpful voice answers from that store (not an overseas call center). The exceptional service continues onsite with the front desk rep quickly finding my information and walking with me to my vehicle to be sure there are no issues before bringing the car into the facility for new tires, tire rotation, etc. An expected repair time is provided and more importantly met. The vehicle is driven to the front entrance and my car door is open for me to jump in and drive off. I can always count on a seamless experience at Discount Tire.

There truly is no better

Parked my 22’ camper outside the work bays due to its size. They serviced it like an Indy pit crew and replaced four tires in under 30 minutes. It was amazing!
