New Tires and Wheel Store in Woodbury, MN 55125

Detail Strength Both Tyler & Mason were AMAZING. There were some delivery issues associated with getting the tires delivered to the Woodbury store which led to some long delays. However--they MORE than stepped up to the plate and made things right for me. This Woodbury, MN location DELIVERS Every--Single--Time I am there. The service is so good, it actually gives me hope that service is not a thing of the past.

I was taking my corgi (dewi) to the ANIMAL HOSPITAL BUT HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE TIRE on the way to the hospital.. MY DOG HAD TO STAY IN HIS BED IN THE BACK SEAT. THE NOISE IN THE SHOP SCARED HIM SO THE YOUNG MAN DOING MY TIRE HAD THEM SHUT THE MUSIC OFF. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ASKED WHY THERE WAS NO MUSIC AND MY YOUNG MAN SAID.....because it scares Dewi. Now if that isn't the ultimate in service, nothing is. I love Discount Tires. They have put tires on my flatbed, my horse trailer and my Dodge Ram.

Service at this location has always been outstanding. Purchased tires for cars, truck and trailer over past several years and always a pleasant experience.

I called the store so set up a time for fixing a slow leak and tire rotation. They said just come on in and we’ll get you taken care of. So I stopped in, William took great care of me. I handed over the keys and walked across the street and grabbed a latte. Before I finished my drink, I received a text to let me know my car was ready. No charge as I bought new Continental tires about 8 months ago. I’ve come to this store for years and years. The are simply a pleasure to work with.
