Landon And Julian were so helpful and friendly. My service was a full set of tires and a replacement wiper blade and I was in and out just a little over an hour and a half. I was very satisfied with the service and will be back for other tires!

Staff are professional, patient and attentive. Prices/estimates are explained and fare.

Unforeseen complications arose getting an alignment for my 2014 Ford F-150, but the store manager and his team resolved the issues to my complete satisfaction. I was so impressed that I returned the same day with my wife's 2016 Ford Escape and got a new set of tires. I trust the Discount Tire Team to go the extra mile, and I can't recommend them enough!!

i made a appointment online for a 1:30 appointment, the sales person said it would be a couple hour wait, i was thinking maybe 1-2 hours, all i needed done was a simple tire swap to a different set of rims. i waited about 3 hours in store before they even got my truck in a booth. then waited another hour for them to work on it. then they put me down as another customer name, with a completely different kind of vehicle. i had to listen for a jim, my name is burke, not even close. on my account there were 2 new vehicles under my name that i do not own. when they got done with my vehicle, they didn’t roll up or put my tunnel cover back correctly, it was just thrown back on the truck. my rims were thrown back into the truck it looked like too. i had a little 2x4 in the bed of my truck that was wedged by my tool box that was also not in the same spot. i know it wouldn’t move around when driving because it was in there pretty tight. so that made me wonder about my tools missing or being messed with. overall my experience here wasn’t very good, i spent over 4 hours in that location. it’s a outrageous amount of money for simple jobs. a refund would be appreciated.
