New Tires and Wheel Store in Springfield, MO 65807

Booked appointment online and showed up nearly 30 minutes early, but since it was a slow day they were able to get me in immediately. All friendly staff and the store is nice. Only waited around 40 minutes from start to finish.

Discount Tire is my "go to" tire store. They have never disappointed. A few years ago they damaged a wheel while installing new tires. They didn't argue about the price to replace it and immediately took care of the problem. I have been a loyal customer since then.

I was impressed with the response as I pulled up in the parking lot. I did have an appointment. I was not impressed however with the fact that the tires that were quoted 2 days prior and then when I made the appointment a day prior were not in stock and I had to spend 250.00 more than I had budgeted. I found out only 30 minutes before my appointment while enroute. However I ws impressed with the discount on the upgrade. I would like a fleet account.

I actually ordered 2 tires online but pushed the wrong size accidentally and they had the correct size. They also checked the front tires to see if they needed to be changed as well. They were close so he recommended a better tire for all weather and I ended up with 4 new tires at record time!
