The employees have always been friendly and courteous during my visits. I had an appointment scheduled a day ahead to make sure the tire I was getting would be available. It showed they had 4. Upon them getting my car in they found they only had 3. They offered to upgrade to a better tire at no extra cost. They were very quick getting all 4 tires changed along with the new pressure sensors I had brought along.

I recently bought tire instead of my usual of buying them through my car company because they do a better price and have many stores in the U S. If I have a problem. 1 month later I blew a tire out and they replaced it practically free of charge and was done quickly ( it would have taken all day if I had to go to my car company I’m sure. So this was definitely worth it

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at the store. Adam went above and beyond. I am so thankful for the customer service that I received. Adam was also very knowledgeable about what other tire sizes would fit on my truck without causing any adverse effects.

From the time we walked in, the employee listened to our concern and was able to give us an estimated time that the tire would be taken care of. It wasn’t bad considering we did not have an appointment scheduled. The car was pulled in, the tire was loosing air, pulled the screw out, plugged it up and it was explained to us by the employee, what he did by who did it. A kind and knowledgeable young man. Didn’t charge for this service and it was greatly appreciated.

I love this discount tire place. Everyone is very friendly, they know their stuff, and are very quick in doing the job. We have been getting tires from discount tire for the past 10 years!

Bought 1st set of tires here for my silverado approximately 3 years ago. Great tires and everything sales said about the tires was true. All weather, and very quiet for rough treads. Like the free flat and rotation service. I told my daughter to go there she saved almost 200 dollars compared to GM price for her chevelle.

My wife and I were driving from Missouri back to Texas when we had a belt bust on the passengers rear tire at 4pm. I called the store ahead and was told they would be there to take care of us until 5pm. We arrived at 4:54 pm the entire crew came together to get our new full set of tires mounted, balanced & installed and we were back on the road at 5:33pm. I'm telling you his was the best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. My family will be doing business with Discount Tire for the foreseeable future.

I choose this shop based on all the great (and current) reviews. I was very glad I did, as the service was great. I needed to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I scheduled online, as was recommended in another review, and the process was simple and I appreciated having a dedicated time. Check in was timely, employees were friendly, work was completed in reasonable time. I highly recommend this shop.

Booked appointment online and showed up nearly 30 minutes early, but since it was a slow day they were able to get me in immediately. All friendly staff and the store is nice. Only waited around 40 minutes from start to finish.
