My experience at the Olive Branch, MS location was excellent. I had brought in a set of new wheels (which I supplied) along with new Continental Extreme Contact tires provided by Discount Tire to be installed on my Corvette. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, the team was ready and waiting. They explained that they have a dedicated group of technicians who specialize in working on Corvettes, and it was clear they understood the care required when raising and lowering this type of vehicle. They promptly unloaded the wheels for me and began preparing them for installation. Once everything was ready, they brought my car into the bay. Because Corvettes sit very low to the ground, I had brought race ramps to give them proper clearance for safe lifting. The technicians were extremely careful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Although I did not get the names of the two technicians who worked on my car, I want to emphasize that they did an outstanding job. Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The employees at this location are very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely return to them whenever I need anything related to my tires.

Knowledgeable and excellent service

Website says we would receive a card to register our tires. I did not receive a card. Order form says we would get some certificates we bought, but I did not. Serial or DOT number of tires is needed to register. Those numbers could have been included for me on the receipt. Your rep Christian did a great job!

Best Discount Tire in Memphis and Desoto area!

I ended up with a nail in one of my tires causing a slow air leak. From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. Clayton was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The employees who drove my car in and fixed the tire took excellent care of my car. I was in and out in 15 minutes for the small price of $0. If Discount Tire wasn't already who I wanted to buy my next set of tires from, they definitely are after visiting this location.

Well mannered and relatable people. Work was quick, and I was in and out within 40 minutes. Visited twice, first time was for new tires, the second time was the next day for a leak. Figured out one of my wheels were cracked so I was offered a repair or the chance to but new wheels. I bought the new wheels and they waived my mount, balance, and installation fee. Obviously if the store is very busy wait tons will be different but on a realistic aspect, it doesn’t get much better.

The Olive Branch store has the best people. They ALL treat others like they want to be treated. I brought in my son's truck to get the tires replaced. I showed my son how to lower the spare out from under the truck before we left and threw it in the back of the truck. I asked them to put the best old tire (with about 3/32-4/32 left on it) on to replace the 17 year old original spare. I figured they would mount it on there and put it back in the bed. Well, we pulled up to pick up the truck and they had rehung the spare back under the truck for me. On a 2nd Gen Tacoma it is kind of a pain in the butt. I genuinely appreciated that so much. They didn't have to do that, and I didn't ask them to, but they did it. That's just one example. I can't say enough good stuff about this place and the people. Pretty much everybody that works there deserves praise.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. This visit was for rotate and balance but based on this visit, I will be back when new tires are needed.

Great staff, very professional

I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly and knowledgeable person. I was taken right in. The wait time was less than quoted. All employees I encountered were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The price was less than the competition. This is my second time visiting this store and the first experience was equally as good.
