I've been a customer for years. The reason I continue to be is the staff (people up front and the crew in the shop) are friendly and very knowledgeable. While the name contains"Discount" the price, service and value received are premium.

No problem before just getting tires rotated and balanced. After service experiencing heavy front end vibration. Now at the back of the line 3 hour wait. “You can schedule an appt for tomorrow”

Go to the store in Asheville and skip Arden. Jonathon may be the worst manager in the chain of stores. Doesn’t seem to care to be their, or the customers
