New Tires and Wheel Store in Cary, NC 27519

I went to the store to order my tires which I selected online. The customer service agent was helpful and informed me when tires would be in store. One day later, tires in store and installed the same day. Installe took 45 min. The whole process was great and employees were knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I would highly recommend this store.

They are price competitive, they were practive about the wear rebate and they got me in and out efficiently. The staff was professional and well mannered. I would recommend them.

I've been a huge fan of Discount Tire for a long time. This is the first time I felt they were not doing right by a loyal customer. Three-month-old tires have all turned brown. The service attendant said it was environmental and that it would brush off. He agreed to clean them for me and did a nice job. Two days later, the brown has returned. They look terrible, and I'm sure there is something wrong with these tires. Previously, Discount would have replaced them, no questions asked. Something has changed. :(

Great experiences as a customer when I visited this store. Every staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They periodically sent email reminders for tire pressure check (which they offered for free). I once had a pierced hole in one of the tires, and when I visited the store, the staff examined it and diagnosed as repairable instead of replacing it. He fixed it for me free of charge and the tire is still running well after months. Highly recommend the service at this store.

GREAT OVERALL! I was initially quoted the lowest-priced tire option, but when I arrived, I realized that most quality tire options were at a higher price point. It would be helpful if that distinction were made clearer upfront so customers can make a more informed decision. Additionally, I’d recommend including estimated taxes and installation fees when providing quotes over the phone, as those added costs increased the total more than expected. That said, the technician I worked with was very helpful and professional, which I appreciated. The only other issue was timing—while I was told the service would take about an hour and a half due to delays, it ultimately took closer to two and a half hours. Better communication around realistic wait times would improve the overall experience.
