Terrible experience from one of the employees. I had an appt and employee put me in as walk in and my car was never put in bay for 1.5 hours for rotation and balance. Ended up leaving without service although employee said he made mistake and would fix it but never did, he just went to lunch

I went to the store to order my tires which I selected online. The customer service agent was helpful and informed me when tires would be in store. One day later, tires in store and installed the same day. Installe took 45 min. The whole process was great and employees were knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I would highly recommend this store.

They are price competitive, they were practive about the wear rebate and they got me in and out efficiently. The staff was professional and well mannered. I would recommend them.

I've been a huge fan of Discount Tire for a long time. This is the first time I felt they were not doing right by a loyal customer. Three-month-old tires have all turned brown. The service attendant said it was environmental and that it would brush off. He agreed to clean them for me and did a nice job. Two days later, the brown has returned. They look terrible, and I'm sure there is something wrong with these tires. Previously, Discount would have replaced them, no questions asked. Something has changed. :(
