This transaction went very smoothly. Especially considering that I was an end-of-day walk in. All employee interactions were very straight forward, courteous, and helpful. I will strongly consider this store when my next tire need arises.

Another great install! I first used Discount Tire at the Raleigh location in 2019 for a set of four tires. Make sure to buy the certificates for the tires as I’ve had three replaced/repaired due to road debris. I finally had to buy two front tires as the rest were still at 75% from being replaced for free. Make sure to make an appointment and confirm your tires are available in advance. Doing this got my tires installed in 30min. I opted to get the alignment checked which added 30-45min extra. Overall we use this Carey location if we have tire issues and haven’t had any issues.

I recently visited the Discount Tire location in Cary, and I had an excellent experience! Despite the store being packed with customers, Hunter and his crew were clearly doing their best to keep everything running smoothly, and they succeeded. They had me in and out in less than an hour, which was incredibly impressive given how busy it was. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer care. Hunter allowed me to inspect the tires before they were mounted, thoroughly explained the entire process, and ensured that everything was done exactly as I requested. Hunter and the team truly exemplified professionalism and efficiency under pressure. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit and will definitely return for any future tire needs. Highly recommend this location!

Very Disappointed! Rep entered my car soaking wet (rainy day). 1.5 hr wait even w appointment. Car was retuned with dirty handprints on door and armrest.
