New Tires and Wheel Store in Cary, NC 27513

Service by associate was professional and knowledgeable. However, he did not discuss what I would be charged for in addition to the tire when checking in. At checkout, the associate did not go over the charges with me and was not going to offer me a copy of the receipt until I asked for one. Also, associates need to be advised not to be condescending or patronizing when dealing with customers of a certain age!!

Tues. 10-20-2026 • 4:45PM. hey, Discout Tire team. no one had to come out to the parking lot because we came inside to the store to speak to someone directly. everyone's professionalism and customer service were amazing and it makes me happy to have been a customer for the last 5 plus years. i don't know if it was Jody or Cody who spoke to me on the phone when scheduling the appointment, but he was super kind and helpful. also, Ethan was kind in the store when we closed the ticket and left to go home.

This store manages a busy day with ease and the crews doing the installation are car people and really take care of your vehicle and wheels. They can get uncommon tires and challenging installations done with no problem at all!

Great customer service!

Jeff Dorsey (Store Manager) and Kris (Assistant Store Manager) are simply wonderful. Discount Tire is blessed to have them on the Discount Family Team.
