New Tires and Wheel Store in Charlotte, NC 28273

I recently visited Discount Tire, and I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the manager. Less than two weeks ago, I purchased two tires from this store, and when I returned to inquire about their quality, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I was concerned to see that my tires were registering at a level 8 out of 11 on the tread depth chart. When I asked the manager how many miles I could expect them to last, he couldn’t provide a clear answer. Instead, he insinuated that my driving was the issue, which I found highly offensive and completely inappropriate. It’s frustrating to feel undervalued as a customer, especially when my concerns were met with incompetence and poor salesmanship. To add insult to injury, I was informed by another tire shop down the street that I may have been scammed. I strongly advise anyone considering Discount Tire to think twice. There are plenty of other places with better customer service and professional staff who can address your needs without belittling you.

I had a puncture in my tire on a 2020 Silverado that I brought new so didn't purchase the tires from DT but they plugged it free of charge. I have purchased tires from DT on my other vehicles in the past and I will continue in the future because of their loyalty professional customer service and great work experience and prices. They had my tire plugged and out the door in less than 45 minutes, great service!!!
