my only comment is the same one. I love to Drayton. That just like oil changes y’all need to add a sticker or a changeable key fob that gives the time of the next due date of tire rotations. due to continuous road travel makes it convenient and efficient

On my first visit to this location I did not have a great experience with the sales associate later to find out that he was new/in training. I will give props to Devan, I believe he was the manager, as he helped him and was very courteous/friendly to me. On the second visit coming back to have all four tires installed I had a 2pm appointment but still did not get my car back until almost 2 hours later. Why does it take so long at the counter checking in when you already know what tires I’m buying and have them in stock? This location is very busy but make sure you have an appointment as it seems you get your car back slightly faster if you do. Employees are friendly but it would be appreciated if they didn’t talk to women as if they don’t know anything about cars/tires.

Be careful, they’ll pull your new tire on the wrong spot leaving your bad tire on. Make sure you triple check with them.

Devon went above and beyond to have some one quickly run out to pick up my new tires to install them the day before Christmas Eve. The staff worked as a team to answer my questions, get my key, provide a status update and send me on my way. They were kind, respectful, and the service was better than what I was offered at the Jeep dealership for $400 less than the dealership quote. I’ll be back the next time I need tires!
