my only comment is the same one. I love to Drayton. That just like oil changes y’all need to add a sticker or a changeable key fob that gives the time of the next due date of tire rotations. due to continuous road travel makes it convenient and efficient

Devon went above and beyond to have some one quickly run out to pick up my new tires to install them the day before Christmas Eve. The staff worked as a team to answer my questions, get my key, provide a status update and send me on my way. They were kind, respectful, and the service was better than what I was offered at the Jeep dealership for $400 less than the dealership quote. I’ll be back the next time I need tires!

They check the tread depth of all the tires to see where they are at and look for any issues.related to alignment or inflation pressure. The service is free and fast. You can easily schedule an appointment online and it will save you waiting time in the store.

This new ( < 1 year ) Discount Tire practice of super "up-selling" has to stop. When my two-year old $1000+ Michelin Pilot A/S tires have 6/32 left on all four tires, I do not need to be told that this will probably be my last rotation and that I will probably need new tires. When my wipers are brand new, I do not need to be told that they are streaking because the associate didn't realize that it is Fall and there is a leaf stuck under the blade causing the streak. We have 6+ cars in the Discount Tire system under my phone number, and have been loyal customers for 20 years. These new up-selling behaviors are wearing thin, Discount Tire, and you better believe that I'm telling this to my friends and family and they are doing the same to their friends and family. Do better, Discount Tire. You've had a good thing going for years. Don't squander that goodwill now.
