Having used tire services across the US as needed, I have to say Discount Tire is the top of the heap. Professional, attentive, and courteous - I will never use another service.

My experience was entirely positive, and I shall be back.

My appointment was met on time. The store was full of people however the clerks were patient and gave the customers their time and attention. The staff was professional friendly knowledgeable and kind. I always use this store. My visits are always great. However, I wish they did alignments . It seems strange that they service your tire needs but don’t align the tires . Full service would be convenient for the customer. “Just saying “

These people are fast professional and always exceed my expectations. Sometimes I feel like I am taking advantage of them because of all the free stuff and services they offer. My last trip they patched tire for me-that I didn't buy there- for FREE. I don't know how they make a profit, but I hope they do and that their business thrives !!

Watch out for your rims when getting your tires installed. Discount tire is notorious for scratching rims and not taking responsibility. Also, check online inventory before going to the store. Sales rep lied to me in person about not having the tires I initially had on my car so he could offer me an upgrade and a credit card. I found out the store did have the tires in stock online so I called and verified with the manager and returned the tires and credit card. I used my tire credit and they owed me money walking out the door. Buyer beware!!!!
