I had the most wonderful experience at discount tire because of Isaiah and Royce the two young fellows that helped me while I was there. They were bomb.com , very kind and courteous and respectful. And yes, I have already recommended discount tire to a few people since then and they said they were going to check them out!!!!! I was able to get my tire replaced free!!!! And Isaiah told me I could leave my car there overnight and they would call me when the tire came in the next day and they were done!! And they did exactly what they said. When I went back, the next day a young fellow came out, named Royce. He went back in and got my keys, brought them out to me. And my daughter drove me over to my car. I am disabled, and that was a big deal for him to have done that for me. They answered all the questions I had they were just very helpful. Very good guys. You don’t find that around too much these days. I’m very grateful that they helped me because I left feeling so good inside. And I just want to thank them and hope that they are recognized for their hard-working professionalism. Thank you, Deana Honeycutt

Have been coming to this store for the past four years a ton of new people that are working there management is different every time I am at the store and they used to take the old weights off and they didn’t take the old weights off or take off the glue very disappointed

Richard is phenomenal! From the minute I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted and told about how long my wait would be. I opted to walk across the parking lot and shop for a little while and I got a text notice that my car was ready even before I was expecting it to be. I will come back to this store because of the great experience that Richard and his team have!! Thank you!!!
