New Tires and Wheel Store in Elizabeth City, NC 27909

Went to get my air pressure checked, they found a nail and wax going to fix it. But they found my tires had something wrong with them, tread separating from tire. They looked up my warranties and insurance I had on the tires and I was covered. I got a new set of four. May have saved my life. Thank You!

Great staff and wait time is always within reason…

The day I visited the store was.like a BEE HIVE. Everyone was super busy. Walked up to service desks at the Conlon Way store. Two minutes later someone walked to my truck and checked out.my tires for the problem came back informed me of the problem. We talked about wiper blades. Truck was driven into shop in less than 2 minutes. Thinking.it would take sometime to.fix my problem I Walked overto a local pizza shop. As I ordered my drink my YOUR TRUCK IS READY NOTIFICATIONalerted me my truck was ready. I was on my way in no time. OH! I forgot to mention my repair was free because I purchased my tire at DISCOUNT TIRES Conlon Way Elizabeth City, NC 27909

When they didn't have my tires in stock, I was upgraded to a better tire and they split the price difference. Always helpful and efficient. Have bought about 30 tires for vehicles and trailers since their opening in Elizabeth City. Constant staff changes I guess are a mark of the times...

I had the most wonderful experience at discount tire because of Isaiah and Royce the two young fellows that helped me while I was there. They were bomb.com , very kind and courteous and respectful. And yes, I have already recommended discount tire to a few people since then and they said they were going to check them out!!!!! I was able to get my tire replaced free!!!! And Isaiah told me I could leave my car there overnight and they would call me when the tire came in the next day and they were done!! And they did exactly what they said. When I went back, the next day a young fellow came out, named Royce. He went back in and got my keys, brought them out to me. And my daughter drove me over to my car. I am disabled, and that was a big deal for him to have done that for me. They answered all the questions I had they were just very helpful. Very good guys. You don’t find that around too much these days. I’m very grateful that they helped me because I left feeling so good inside. My go to place for all my tire needs

Purchased two sets of tires and had one repaired in the past 12 months. Always a positive experience. I still can't believe they will repair a punctured tire at no cost, even if they didn't sell it! And, they torque the lug nuts when reinstalling a wheel, good luck finding another shop that does that.

Great service and customer service was excellent. Definitely will be back in the future with my other vehicles.
