After making my online reservation, I was pleased with the entire process. They had my purchased tires ready and everything was as promised. The employees were friendly and worked efficiently. I will definitely make my future tire purchases here.

The day we went in, the store was super busy. We waited way too long for one of your team members even to acknowledge us. They knew we were there, but didn't make eye contact or simply say, "I apologize, we will be with you in a moment." I understand them being busy, but it would have been nice of them to greet us. We stood in line for at least 10 minutes. Once we were able to talk with a team member, we were treated with the utmost care, and because we had an appointment, our wait for service was minimal. Overall, I recommend Discount Tire, but you may need to work on acknowledging customers, even when you are busy.

Love the fact you can do everything on line. It’s quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

First class customer service, especially Joe, one of the manager who always look for any safety issues and point them out or takes care of them, they are fast, reliable , very professional. I feel safe riding in my car after having it serviced at Discount tire. And i always stop by to get the tires checked and filled by one of the employee at the express lane for Free!
