Drove in on a very busy Saturday at 11:45am with low tire pressure light on. Checking pressure on all 4 tires, tech found a nail in one tire. He told me they were slammed but I chose to wait with probable wait time of 3 to 3 1/2 hours. My car was in a bay within 1 1/2 hours and was fixed shortly there after. Sooner than expected and appears to be a permanent repair. Thanks so much Discount Tires on Hyw 401 in Garner, NC.

The whole crew is focused on getting customers served and keeping things moving. They're very knowledgeable about tires and will get you taken care of with the right tire for your price range and what you want for your car. Plenty of great tires in stock but they have no problem ordering options not normally in stock and if you go that route, they arrive fast! You will not go wrong using this store!

My experience at Discount tires is always a good one in Garner, they are always nice, helpful and they do great service everytime I have had a problem. They already give me a wait time and they always complete the work at least 15 minutes before that time. Great place and people.

Great customer service

Super fast and friendly service. I got exactly what I asked for and the staff didn’t try to upsell me into something I don’t need or want. Overall an incredibly painless experience with a polished and professional company. I was fully prepared to wait a couple hours but they had my car in the bay right after I arrived and I was rolling home 30 minutes later! Also, I know a little bit about rubber and how quickly it can dry rot just from sitting, so I'm always nervous that the tires I get are as new as possible and haven't been sitting in some hot warehouse for months or even years before they make it to me. The tires they put on were new, like manufactured a couple months ago new, and I'm extremely pleased.

The Fayetteville Rd location in Raleigh NC is my go-to spot. They are knowledgeable, quick, fair, and friendly. My son drove his car approximately an hour (passing other locations) just to be served by this location. We won't go anywhere else.

The best customer service I have experienced! Very friendly, fast service. I was a walk in and was able to get service. On-line appointments get you in faster but in an emergency (flat tire) they will work with you. Great prices on tires, I’m a customer for life, I’d never go anywhere else!

Believe it or not, Discount Tire was recommended to me by a local garage who could not help me with replacing the TPMS sensors on my vehicle. Discount’s pricing was very affordable to do that. I was able to use their online scheduling and got an appt the next morning. Staff was very courteous and explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. When the work was completed (on time), they explained everything they did and answered all my questions. I’ve since recommended them to 3 different friends. Overall, great first experience.
