The manager at the Wilmington, store was very friendly and nice and help me get the correct tire pressure in all four of my tires before leaving the store.

James and Alex made the ordering, purchase and install very easy. The only set back was they did not have black lug nuts in stock. But overall I am very satisfied with my experience and will be back.

I was very happy with the service at this shop. I needed new tires and wheels and they were available the day I went in. It was super impressive to see/watch the teamwork amongst the employees. Everyone seemed to have a great attitude and it was at the very end of the day! 5-Stars all the way.

All sales people and shop workers are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have take care of 2 of my 3 cars as needed and I couldn't be more pleased with the pricing and services. Shout out to Grace for assisting me so well !!

The staff members were courteous. The requested service was completed within the estimated time frame. The only issue I had was the low tire pressure dashboard light went on while I was driving home: apparently the staff forgot to reset it. Luckily I fixed the problem myself.
