These folks got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. It was easy to order tires online, make a payment, and make an appointment from the comfort of my laptop at home. Clean place, friendly employees, and knowledgeable folks. I heard them helping several people with questions and tire issues. People seemed pleased with the answers they received.

I like this store and usually come here for all 4 of my vehicles. Unfortunately, I did not get a defective tire replaced under the warranty I paid for when I bought the tires new. A tire failed at 29,700 miles and instead was sold 2 new tires. I have made the problem known to Discount Tire Headquarters.

Made an appointment, arrived with rims to put tires on and other vehicle for tire purchase warranty rotation and spent over 45 minutes waiting for them to spend 17 minutes on the tire rotation. Got home and realized they never rotated the tires (wife marked them prior to leaving home to make sure they did rotate them) and were in same location as when we left home. Won’t be going back for those services.

Great group of employees, clean store, very knowledgeable.

The Wilson location offers excellent service and a superbly pleasant waiting environment. The prices are a bit high, but that is what lets them be better than other tire places.
