This was my third visit with a nail in my tire, and they treated me like it was my very first time. The staff was friendly. They were helping another customer, but they looked at me and acknowledged me by saying they will be with me shortly. That means they saw me as a person. They were very knowledgeable and They answered all my questions I highly recommend this store!

Everyone at the store was very friendly and very helpful. I live in Clayton but I will drive the extra distance to the Wilson store when I need tires again.

This was my first time using Discount Tire and was very pleased. I ordered my tires online and scheduled an install time. I had some extra time so I arrived early and was prepared for an additional wait. As I was exit my vehicle, I was met by an employee who started my process. Everything was smooth. Soon after they pulled my truck into the service area, another employee came and told me that they were working on it and told me that it shouldn’t take too long. After a few more minutes, another employee came and asked me if I was aware of some cosmetic damage on the wheels. I said I was and he continued the work. In the end, I was extremely pleased with my new tires and the entire experience at Discount Tire and would recommend them to anyone.
