I was very happy with the overall visit and time waiting for tires. Chance and along with the Manager Micheal were very helpful and pleasant.

I have also asked the employees the last two times I was there to put my spare tire back underneath the trunk liner where it belongs. Both times, they simply threw it in the back of the vehicle on top of everything else. This time, I specifically explained to Mike that I was physically unable to do it myself and asked if they would please put it back after installing my tire. Once again, it was not done, and I had to go back and ask them to take care of it. To make matters worse, one of my tire pressure sensors was damaged or malfunctioned during the installation. I was told that it was not their responsibility and that I would have to pay to have it repaired. Given everything that had already happened, this was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the excessive wait times, the tire not being in stock, repeatedly ignoring a simple request, and the issue with the tire sensor, I expected much better service.
