Store associates greeted me with professionalism & made me feel welcome. I noticed that all the discount stores I visited there is always used & new tire accessories ( like tire weights, valve stems, needle valves, new tires labels ) on the ground inside & outside the working bay. It just make working area trashy. Besides that discount tire provides excellent service. Keep up the excellent work. I am longtime loyal customer. Besides having 5 vehicles, I also have trailers that require new tires too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone there greeted me with a smile, even the ones replacing my tires. They always do a great job with never scratching or damaging anything on my cars which I’m very picky about.

We recently traveled to Hobbs, NM from Del Rio, Tx and got a flat tire about 30 minutes out of town. I replaced the tire with the spare and waited until Discount Tire opened the following morning. Mind you, this is the second flat I've had on this vehicle and it only has 16k miles on it. I decided I was fed up with the junk tires that came on my vehicle from the factory and decided to replace them all. Joshua the service writer told me they had an entire set of Cooper's in stock and said he could have the vehicle done in 30 minutes. Cooper's are excellent and tough tires and I use them on my f-250 for years. Joshua had three mechanics working on my vehicle simultaneously and it was done in 30 minutes. I'm so grateful for the quality of service and speed in which I was taken care of. I was traveling the following day back to Texas with my two boys, wife, and 18 month old daughter. Thank you for getting us back on the road and with a safe and reliable set of tires!
