BIG shout out to the whole team, but especially Jesse and Anthony. Jesse never seems like he's bothered, even when the store is packed and the cars just keep rolling in. Anthony also gets a shout because when he interacts with me, he's got a smile on his face.

Almost a zero wait time which is more than I can say for a lot of the other Tires stores I have had to wait up to three hours at other competitors stores

This store is my go to store less than 10 MI in both directions very knowledgeable staff and a hard-working group of young men they're fast but safe I've never had a complaint thank you keep up the good job.

They didn't even ensure all my tires were aired up and the tire pressure light was off. That should be the bare minimum.

I'll try to keep this short and sweet. Michael, Landon: You both are amazing and I was VERY impressed and happy with your service. Landon was shadowing Michael and Michael was very good with how he explained which tire was best for my car, and which would fit best in my budget and even asked which tire I preferred, and I ended up replacing all four and getting black lug nuts with Landon's suggestion. My only hitch was when I went in the next day to get the tires replaced. I young man named Taylor pulled my car (SS Camaro) into the bay. When he was in the bay, after he put it in park, HE REVVED my car. This might seem small, but I was not happy with that. After he got out, I could hear him say "Yo, that car is BAD." And while I appreciate the compliment, don't rev my car! Then, after it was done, someone else went to back my car out and Taylor was guiding him. I guess the young man was trying to be gentle with the throttle, but had to gas it to get it over the little hump that the cars sit on and the tires screeched just a tiny bit. No worries until Taylor stops directing the young man, turns to face me (I was sitting on the stools looking out of the windows toward the bay), makes eye contact and LAUGHS, then continues to smile until I get up and go to the manager. (I forget the manager's name) But when I spoke to the manager and told him of Taylor's actions, he blew me off and said it's "No big deal". Right, sure, okay. So, if that manager is there or Taylor is in the bay, I will leave and comeback another day.

I have had many experiences with discount Tires and they have all been phenomenal...various states, and they have all been GREAT. W

This store was excellent and did fantastic work. They were very helpful and took care of my classic truck.
