Chris helped me immediately when I walked in. After I told him the situation with my tires he took his tools and determined I needed new tires. He helped me choose the tires best for my circumstances and I was happy with the pricing. The manager was also very friendly offering me free coffee and making me feel right at home. The service was quick and I was on my way in no time. I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

There was a few minute wait due to other customers in line ahead of me. Anticipating this, I arrived early for my appointment. The employees were cordial, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. The experience was very positive, and the work was accomplished in approximately 15 minutes. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing tires or tire service!

I made an appointment at the suggestion of the sales person. I was 5 minutes early. He said they were running at about 20 minutes. I was leary of that. I sat & waited. I watched the lobby fill up & empty 2 times. After an hour & 10 minutes I went to the counter in time to see my car pull out of its parking spot & move into the garage. The guy said "your tires are going to be put on now" I was shocked!!! What was the point of making an appointment?? I was NOT HAPPY!! I waited another 20 minutes. I apologized to the only other couple in the waiting area who just arrived due to my anger. The sales person did compensate me by providing an additional service which did make me feel better. My question is: Why advertise a less than an hour wait when nothing is usually done if you go over?? This happened to a man the day before when I was there. He was not happy either. I'm not saying this isn't a good store. I'm saying some of the rules or policies need some tweaking.
