I was a previous customer, but from my phone inquiry to all the in-store staff that assisted me , I was impressed by their knowdge, and professionalism, yet they were friendly and approachable. I was treated with courtesy and respect and communication was excellent through the process.

Had a long wait time even with online appointment booking. Otherwise overall good experience.

All the employees I have encountered are welcoming, friendly, and professional. I am so grateful for the assistance of this team...I drive to OKC from Tulsa 3x a week or more for travel nursing. I have put 100k miles on my truck in the past couple of years and Discount Tires has always helped me in time of need and kept me safe on the highway. I had a very good experience at this location. Everyone is very nice, and they answered all my questions. I did not wait long. The price was good and warranty even better. They were not pushy at all. Even when I had to come to get air in my old tires, they were always very nice. I highly recommend everyone coming to this location if you need tires, wheels, wiper blades and alignment.

This was my first experience with Discount Tire. I recently purchased a set of tire from a box store. I was advised to have my alignment checked due to specific wear on my old tires. I was promptly greeted at Discount Tire, and explained my situation. After an alignment assessment, a second employee showed me a printed evaluation of my alignment, and recommended adjustments, on order to avoid rapid wear on my new tires. The alignment check was free! The adjustment took about 20 minutes. While I waited, I paid for the adjustment. The second employee returned with a second printed visual to show both the alignment situation before and after the adjustment, explaining the numerical of the adjustment. I was in and out in about a total of 40 minutes. I'm very happy with my first experience! I'll be back and will recommend Discount Tire to friends and family!
