Excellent service overall. Trevor and Isaiah were so welcoming and helpful. I set an appointment on line and was greeted by NAME! by Isaiah as I stepped out of my car. Never had that kind of service, EVER! Trevor was so helpful inside the store and explained everything in detail, keeping me updated on the progress of my tires being replaced WHILE helping other customers entering the store. I noticed how all the employees seemed to be working as a real team, in a positive and supportive way. You don't always see that in other businesses. Everyone seemed to on top of the customer service provided. I will definitely refer this store #46 in Medford Oregon on Crater Lake Hwy to ALL my friends and family in the future. God bless!!! KK

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We came up from TX & ordered ahead for camper tires. They were very helpful over phone and when we arrived check in/out was easy and everyone was great. Love that if u have problem they are located all over.

All the staff were exceptional in their service to me. I had bought 3 tire rims to match a 4th. The rim that came off the ram wouldn't fit onto the spare tire holder. So I ordered another rim. They called me when it arrived (Excellent).. I arrived 2hrs later (I live in Brookings), they got me right in, completed the mission and got me back on the road to home. I received some really nice comments regarding the look of the wheels and rims. Discount Tire is the only place I will go for my tires and vehicle needs. A High Five to ALL the staff at Discount Tire. As far as I'm concerned this Discount Tire is a 10 star rating in my book. Thank you guys for everything. Highly recommended for your vehicle needs.

like the prices and the friendliness of staff! Thought I was buying all brand new tires and received two new from this year and two from last year …. If that is something that is done regularly you should probably let the customer know.
