Great service

My only complaint is that I left my truck and asked to be called or texted when it was done and was told that texting was automatic through the stores computer system which did not send a text so I returned home called and had to drive back out about 14 miles to pick up my truck. There should be a way for the service reps to know if the text went out or not.

Highly recommend Discount Tire at Dorman Center! Replaced the wheels on our 2025 Durango. On the website I purchased 1 size wheel which had to be ordered. Cayden called the next day to let me know that size was discontinued and none were in stock. He said the manufacturer did have another size in stock which, as it turns out, was a better fit as I ordered incorrect width due to my inexperience. Wheels arrived to store in time and day of my appointed, all went better then expected. I had thought a couple hours tom complete the wheel install but it was more like 45 minutes. Fantastic work. Will definitely recommend to others and will have future work done here. Thank you.

Everyone was nice and everything handled in a timely matter.

Great experience as usual. I did not wait long to be checked in. The young gentleman helped me get 4 tires and all new lug nuts at a very affordable price. I was coming in to get 2 done and thankfully he noticed my other issues. I highly recommend them. I also did not have to wait too long, less than an hour.

Appointment at opening. Waited only 20 minutes for a new set. Did everything online! Great experience!
