My only complaint is that I left my truck and asked to be called or texted when it was done and was told that texting was automatic through the stores computer system which did not send a text so I returned home called and had to drive back out about 14 miles to pick up my truck. There should be a way for the service reps to know if the text went out or not.

I purchased 2 new tires and was told my tires would be balanced. That was not done now i have to bring my car back a 2nd time and that’s an inconvenience for me
