There was a little mix up about the availability of my tires, but upon arrival at my appointment time, but the gentleman that waited on me actually went somewhere and got them. I was still done and out by the promised time.

I was very happy with my experience at this Discount Tire Center. Even though the wait was very long that day, ( three workers short ), I was concerned about belt separation in 3 of the 4 tires I had originally purchased 19 months previously. The Manager that took care of me at check in was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. He prorated the tires based on warranty and miles driven, searched for every available discount at that time and applied a discount for my military service. He told me that the waiting time would be a couple of hours, but I had come prepared with a book...I also ate lunch across the parking lot, so no problems there. The new tires (same brand, with which I had had great service with on previous cars) had been ordered in the day before after I had made a call to the store and were ready to install. The service tech was personable and friendly...quite a surprise considering how hard everyone had been working and with lots of folks waiting. Certainly, in these days, a rarity ! I know that if I had ordered the tires online and had made an appointment, the wait would have been much shorter. Thanks to everyone at the store who helped...I will return !
