I had an appointment scheduled for 4:15 and arrived on time. After checking in at the office, I received a notification stating the car would be ready at 5:15, but work on the vehicle didn't actually begin until after 6:00 PM. While I was waiting, other people arrived, were served ahead of me, and left before I did—even though I had an appointment. You need to replace the manager; he is doing a poor job. When I asked him why my car hadn't been serviced yet, he said he didn't know how to resolve the issue or why it had happened, even though the mechanics were working steadily the whole time.
