Discount Tire Summerville

I used discount tire when I lived in TN. And was happy to be able to use them again here in SC. I appreciated being able to order the tires I wanted online as well as schedule my appointment. Stephan was great - helpful, kind, NOT pushy or condescending. Overall great experience, will be back and will recommend discount tire to others.

The best customer service I've had from any tire/ automotive business. I was pleasantly surprise my the representative who met me at the door. His actions and professionalism will keep me coming back.

All members of my family have been Discount Tire customers since 2007, when we lived in Colorado. We were disappointed when we moved to South Carolina to find there was no store near us, but that has since been rectified, so we're happy to be back using our favorite tire store again.

the Summerville group were great. Jesse on the phone first, able to get me better tires for the same price and ten Stefan was able to complete the process once at the locaton. I had ordered other tires on line but they were able to provide me with better quality tires for the same price and able to obtain the new tires that same morning. Great experience overall.

Keith did an outstanding job in assisting me with my flat tire. When we found it was not repairable, I was offered a variety of replacement/price options. He threw in road hazard coverage on all of my tires even though I only bought one. My car was done 45 mins ahead of the quoted time. Plenty of available parking in their large lot. Plenty of comfortable seating and space available inside for those waiting. The service bays are completely visible from inside (wall-to-wall glass window).

Benjamin was great to work with on the purchase of my new Michelin tires. I went with one he recommended, the Defender 2 and are very happy with it's performance.
