Was very unhappy this time at discount tire , due to having an appointment , and having to wait over an hour for service. I felt like a walk in customer and not appreciated for the amount of money I spend on 4 different vehicles at the Sumter S.C. discount tire store. Usually have exceptional service every time until now.

The store does not take care of their customers They did not balance my tires correctly and almost caused me to have a wreck an assistant manager doesn't know how to take responsibility It took me calling the district manager on the store To get something resolved This assistant manager in this door does not care about his customers I could have had a wreck because he didn't know how to balance tires correctly It took me taking this vehicle to another Shop You can find out he balanced my tires incorrectly did not put the counterweights in correctly and could have caused me to have a wreck And he could care less Oh he had to say to me is I didn't do it on purpose This system manager should be fired And nobody should ever hire him again If he's gonna do a job like that he needs to basically take responsibility and balance the tires correctly and know how to take a Scheduled appointment He needs to go back to school and learn how to respect and treat customers this location is lucky that I did not hire a lawyer after the situation with my tires
