The entire crew helped make sure my daughter’s car was safe on the road. Even when challenged by issues with the old tires they worked as a team, kept positive attitudes and completed the job in a timely manner.

I ordered 4 replacement tires online July 31. I received an email stating all 4 tires had arrived at the store on Aug 2. My appointment for getting the tires put on was for Aug 5. Upon arrival Aug 5, I dropped my car off and headed to work. An hour after dropping it off, I was informed only 3 of the 4 tires had arrived, but not to worry, the 4th tire would arrive around noon and that I would be called when it arrived. I called around 1:30pm to find out the status of the car and was given some unclear status, at which point I drove to the store to discuss in person. The store, in fact, had received none of the correct tires initially and had mounted 3 of the wrong tire and left 1 of the old tires on the car. This was only communicated when I arrived at the store to get my car. At that point, I was informed the 1 tire they had ordered had arrived and it was the correct tire, but they would need to order 3 more and they wouldn't arrive until the next day. At this point I had to leave with my car to drive home on 3 incorrect tires and 1 old tire. I then had to return 2 days later due to scheduling conflicts to get the tires I had ordered a week prior actually installed on my car. Overall a very frustrating experience in order to get what I ordered through their recommended method.
