Great store in Prairieville. In and out in no time.

I was sitting next to an elderly lady during my last visit. It was her first time at Discount Tire in Prairieville, La. I told her that I would not take my vehicles anywhere else for my tire needs. I find that everyone at the facility is exceptional in providing customer service to the customers. The technician that brings my car around asks me if I have any questions or concerns before I leave. Everyone dresses very professional and neat, which is a plus in my book. I told my colleagues, friends, and family that they need to bring their cars to Discount Tire in Prairieville, La for servicing. They will be very pleased with the service.

Great experience

Had a tire keep going flat. Was able to go in and have it fixed in less than 30 mins. I really appreciate how kind they were.

All service tech I interacted with were wonderful.. Love the convenience of setting up service online.. Went in for a wheel and tire consultation. They set me up with some awesome wheels and tires for my Jeep Wrangler.. Was in and out the following weekend with an hour and a half.. Top notch service and will not buy tires from anywhere else.. We have purchased all of our tires from Discount Tire since 2017. They have beat everyone’s price and their service was always top notch, until I sent my teen daughter to drop her car off (after I received a quote). I was quoted $420 for a new set of tires for her car when I purchased a new set for my SUV the week before. When she went in to drop her car off, Deantay, told her that the only tires he had on hand were $900. She called me and I spoke with Deantay, explained the quote I received and what we wanted, he continued to tell me that the $900 tires were the only ones in stock and he could not get any other tires in within the week. I asked to speak with Brett, service man who gave me the original quote. Brett found the tire he originally quoted me and had 9 ON HAND. I brought her car back the next day and spoke with Clay, the manager, explained what happened and that I didn’t appreciate my daughter almost being taken advantage of because of her age, and that we were lied to when Deantay said no other tire was available. Clay simply said that Deantay thought we wanted exactly the same tires we had. I explained that Deantay was told several times that was not the case. I’m only writing this review to make teens/ young adults aware.
