Was estimated my service would take 45 minutes to an hour, but they were done right at 30 minutes which was great! The only complaint I have is how packed they can be literally every day it seems. The few times ive needed walk in service, it was an unpleasant wait or finding parking was rough. Ive learned to book an appointment and still allow plenty of time to wait just in case. But their communication, service, etc is on par.

Brianna was amazing. It was a busy day at the store but Brianna made us feel like we were her only customer. Our car was completed within the quoted time and Brianna was super friendly, engaging, and professional. I wish there were more people like Brianna at this location!

Their inventory online does not accurately reflect what they have in store and there was a minor mistake made by whoever actually mounted my tires.

We came in to get a tire repaired and found out we needed new tires. Our customer service representative was very kind explaining what was happening, options available as well as discounts we qualified for. We made our purchase, new tires were installed and we were on our way home within 75 minutes.
