Was estimated my service would take 45 minutes to an hour, but they were done right at 30 minutes which was great! The only complaint I have is how packed they can be literally every day it seems. The few times ive needed walk in service, it was an unpleasant wait or finding parking was rough. Ive learned to book an appointment and still allow plenty of time to wait just in case. But their communication, service, etc is on par.

It was good the sales rep was very professional and curtius and knowledgeable about what tires that I could possibly afford on my small budget. I also learned until they build another Discount Tire here in Clarksville (if you don't make an online appointment expect to wait & not hassle the reps about the wait time ).
