Armando is the guy to talk to. He showed a genuine concern for my safety and inspected my car like a friend would. He was still very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I am not a car knowledge person, so not knowing all my tires weee about to go was news to me. He was never pushy, but made sure to inform me of what was in my best interest safety wise. I will be back to have wiper blades installed even though I live out East. I trust Armando and that team implicitly. I work in hospitality so I know good guest service when I see/hear it. I truly appreciate them taking a normally tedious and negative task to a comfortable level for me. Makes want to stay on top of my car maintenance. Thank you Armando!
