Bob, Kris, and every Red Shirt or Black Shirt person I've interacted with have been respectful and knowledgeable. No matter the Personel, they've always been attentive. They have made errors, but always went beyond to make it good. I've recommended them over the name imposter and short term sales gimmicks. If you're Retired or Active Military they will give you a 5% discount. Every little bit helps!

Hendersonville TN is the only location that gets my tires (305/40/22) to balance well. They are awesome.

I have been coming to the store for probably as long as they've been open, 99.8% of the time I have been 100% satisfied. It always hurts to spend a bunch of money on tires. But these guys and their insurance policies are very fair and they have always taken care of my flat/or damaged tires quickly! One time in particular, I had a race car trailer that needed four tires for a trip, we were taking, they had some issues with the trailer rims. The Manager on duty went out of his way to find the best tires, for the specialty fit needed. That enabled us to go on our trip on time! I don't care about the competition out there. This store gets my business.

This was a great experience. I walked in was quoted a time that it would take to get my car rotated with the tires and it was much less than the “time. I appreciated that a lot.

The person that spoke to me from the shop area did not speak good English was hard to understand
