Good service and helpful employees!

Went in for a nail in my tire. Nail was in a repairable location, and they fixed it for free. It was busy when I got there, but I only waited about 40 minutes. Very pleased with my service.

Josh from Jackson Location was absolutely AMAZING! He was very patient and kind, and when I told him I couldn’t afford the tires the first time, he didn’t make me feel bad; he just told me he would save my information until I was ready, and then about a week later I called, and he went ahead and booked me an appointment because I told him I would be on my way in about two hours. Once I got there, he was extremely professional to everyone that was there, not just to customers but also to employees, and he even called me by my name to another employee that was checking me in. I couldn’t believe he remembered so much that we have talked about from the last time I was there! I would highly recommend going to Discount Tire! I have never been to a service for my car better than that. Very fast and very friendly staff.

Best service I have received in a long time. This was my first time there and they did an exceptional job. Very thorough, explained the process, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. This was my 3rd experience from this location. I have bought 2 sets of tires and 1 set of rims. I highly recommend them. Just make an appointment prior to going there. They do get busy and they do work hard.
