New Tires and Wheel Store in Kingsport, TN 37660

As usual, a great experience at my local Discount Tire store. Very prompt and courteous service.

Our problem was taken care of very quickly and efficiently and staff were all very pleasant and courteous!

Exceptional service, clean store

Had the tires for my Airstream, great price quick install!

I have purchased tires twice for two different vehicles through Discount Tire on E Stone Drive. I used the website for tire selection and scheduling the appointment both times. The website works very well and is easy to use. The tire comparison feature is particularly useful. In both instances the appointments were handled very professionally and efficiently. It took less than 40 minutes each time (I scheduled the appointments for as early in the day as possible) from time of arrival to completion of installation. Excellent work and very professional and knowledgeable staff. Great job, I highly recommend!

they went way beyond to find out why the TPM on my Hummer would not go out. It was fixed in no time. The associate watched 4 videos to find out what the problem was. Fixed in no time. Great work..

Service has gone down hill since my last visit in the past months from my last tire rotation. I have been a repeat customer due to the past experiences being positive, but this is my second disappointing scheduled appointment in 2 different locations. The old adage, fool me once shame on you, shame me twice shame on me. I don’t need a 3rd strike to know I will not be back.

I had the store order new wheels for car with new tires. They did not check whether new wheels required hub-centering rings. The wheels vibrated. It was not until third attempt to balance that I was told about the need for rings. This seems like something the store experts should have caught when they specified and ordered new wheels. Might be an opportunity for improvement.

Friendly service. Had my tires rotated and they told me they put 35 pounds of air in my tires yet when I checked the psi pressure on my car I drove my car a while and had to come home and my husband had to put air in all my tires they had 30-31 pounds of pressure in them. This was disappointing. The main reason I took my car was to put air and rotate the tires. All else is always good

Awesome service and great customer service great prices. They got me in without an appointment and had me on my way within 1 hour with my new michelins I wanted. Thanks again John S
