I bought wheels from you, then months later I received a letter from the manufacturer that there was a recall. Chad, the manager on duty, had to jump through a lot of hoops getting it resolved as his store had not seen anything yet on this recall. He was extremely thorough, calm as he sorted through everything, and very caring.

My negative experience is not with the store itself nor the service i received, but with the tires themselves. I bought a set of Mojave cuv tires in April of 2025 because my old tires were nearly bald. I went in for rotation and balance in March 2026 and they told me my tread depth was down to between 6/32 and 5/32, within 1/16" of being out of warranty and needing replaced. I was at approximately 19k miles on them. 11 months and less than half the warranty mileage of the tires, and already in need of replacement? That's absurd. Nearly $600 wasted. Had I known that I would have waited and gotten better tires.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, both in office and garage. Timely service on a flat tire drop in greatly appreciated and at No Cost. All reasons why I shop Discount Tire when the need arises! Highly recommend.

Everyone that we came into contact with were VERY polite and professional......and having 4 tires put on.....the service was fantastic!!!
