I received prompt and personal attention during a tire emergency enable me to get home safely in an expeditious fashion. Customer Service was superb.

Zachary at the Mount Juliet location was attentive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable after an unexpected situation with my parents rental car. As a service worker myself, I always appreciate service like his, knowing that not every service worker is as kind and attentive. There was another young gentleman whose name I regret to say I can’t remember, who was equally as kind. I was already super stressed out helping my senior parents, and they helped me feel at ease. Especially being a young woman at a tire shop, I almost expect being talked down to but these gentleman didn’t do that at all. So many thanks, Zach:)
