Extremely disappointed with Discount Tire. It took 5 visits and roughly $1,500 to finally get my car right after they scratched two wheels during installation. They ordered 10 wheels just to get four undamaged ones on my car. One damaged wheel was blamed on shipping, yet on a later visit another wheel was inspected and confirmed damage-free before installation, then came out scratched. I also dealt with questionable balancing practices because they didn’t want to reposition a tire on the wheel, two sets of incorrect lug nuts, no hub-centric rings even though the wheel manufacturer recommends and sells them, and I ultimately had to order the correct parts myself. To top it off, after replacing the last wheel they damaged, they returned the car with that tire under-inflated. I stopped on my way home and inflated it from the 36 PSI they left it at to the 42 recommended by the manufacturer and in the other 3 tires. Five visits to correct problems created during installation is unacceptable. I expected much better workmanship and attention to detail from Discount Tire.
