New Tires and Wheel Store in Nashville, TN 37209

While there are several tire stores in close proximity to me, Discount Tire’s level service and efficiency stands out as my provider of choice. I don’t know of anyone who loves spending money on tires, but the staff’s knowledge level and professionalism keeps me coming back. And Dane in particular saved this damsel in distress after having experienced a flat tire, ensuring I was well taken care of in a timely manner.

This location is busy but very efficient, I am very satisfied with the service

I have dealt with this location for years and had numerous vehicles serviced . They are always respectful and take the time to answer questions. I would really love it if alignments were available at this location but I can see they are always busy with the current services.

My first visit, I made an appointment online and it was a great experience. I was greeted warmly and provided with a great recommendation for tires for my Wrangler, and was literally out the door in 20 minutes! I will return for future needs for sure.

Some safety issues observed during removal and installation of wheels and tires on my two vehicles, and other customer vehicles. Hopefully this is addressed, and was isolated to only this location?

5 out of 5 for the associates at this store. Always friendly, always helpful, extremely knowledgeable. Front of the house and the gentlemen working in the bays work well together - the service is fast, reliable, and you can always count on getting in and out quickly, especially if you have an appointment. This store is one of the best examples of excellence in customer service I have ever come across!
