They’re courteous, fast, and knowledgeable people. They explain everything in great detail and provide professional work. They’re at the top of my list for tires.

I recently had a great experience at the Discount Tire in Alvin. I needed new tires for my Honda Pilot and was a bit overwhelmed by the options. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently explained the different tire types and helped me choose the best ones for my needs and budget. The tire installation was quick and efficient. They even checked my tire pressure and rotation while I waited. The prices were very competitive, and I felt like I got a great deal. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone in need of new tires.

Probably my fastest appointment at any vehicle service location. Everyone was professional and attentive. I and 3 other customers were greeted before opening time at 8am. I’m always bothered by businesses that wait until the exact opening time to start greeting customers when they already see that the line is building up. Discount Tire in Alvin did not do this. They take care of business and value your time. Keep your the good work and continue to set yourself apart from the rest.

Very pleased with the service

Went in for a balance and rotate but found out that had wear on tires that warranted replacement. Went for 4 new tires AND sensors spending almost $1300.00 Since I have had this problem at the Alvin Store, I specifically asked if all the tires had the same PSI and was assured "yes, all have 35 pounds" Tire sensors showed that all 4 tires had different PSI's varying from 31-37. Went straight home that day. Next morning got in car to go grocery shopping. Sensor alarm went off showing I had 13 PSI in one of my tires. My husband looked at tire and found leak was around stem. Went I took it BACK to the store so they could fix it......found another couple had the same problem only flat tire left them stranded. I've always liked Discount tire but wish the Alvin Texas store would take the time to check the little but important things!
