Setting up an appointment on the website is great, and saves a lot of time waiting in the store. Although the store seemed fairly busy, the staff looked up from what they were doing and greeted me immediately when I entered. I had purchased the tires I wanted on the website, so the actual time that I spent in the store was minimal. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Anthony was great. Did not think I was ready for tires, but appointment to balance/rotate tires ended up replacing all four. Since this vehicle has no spare I usually keep close eye on tire wear, but this one sneaked up on me. I previously got 0ver 45k of use out of the same tire on a 2009 Flex, was surprised with only 26k on these but pulled the trigger anyway. Since the tires had begun making noise, I was concerned as past experience taught me to pay attention...glad I did. New tires made car drive like it was brand new again. Thanks Discount Tire.
