Was recommended this store from my sister, and she wasn't wrong, great service, affordable pricing, definitely would visit the store again.

Excellent customer service

My initial visit was great. I was a walk-in on a weekend, an hour and a half before closing, and Andy had two new tires installed for me in less than 45 minutes. A week later, I noticed a mistake had been made—one of my good remaining tires was accidentally discarded and my old, worn-out tire was left on my car. I went back to the store, and Andy assisted me again. He was incredibly professional, immediately spoke with his manager, and they offered to replace the tire with a brand new one at no cost. I was so impressed. They acknowledged their mistake, didn't make excuses, and took care of me right away. As long as I'm in Arlington, I'll be going to this store for my tire needs!

I had a tire leak and dreaded any expenses that came with fixing it. This location was quick to take a look and fix the issue without any pressure of upselling. The lobby wasn’t crowded at all for a Saturday so I waited there. I was back on the road in just under 40 minutes although estimate showed 1 hr. The team’s demeanor at this location was friendly and professional which overall made for a positive experience. I will definitely be back for future services!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered. I appreciated my tires being picked up from another store by my associate instead of waiting for delivery.
