Positive experience, great service!

I owe these guys a serious thank-you--and an apology. I came in convinced they'd put the wrong-sized tires on my car and, well... I put them through the wringer. Turns out, the confusion was entirely on my end. My mistake, not theirs. Despite my crankiness and concern, Anthony (the Manager) and Jose (the Service Rep) went way above and beyond. They listened patiently, walked me through everything, and genuinely tried to help me feel confident--even though the issue was just me misreading my tire specs. Honestly, I wouldn't have had the patience to deal with me the way they did. Their professionalism, empathy, and kindness were off the charts. It's rare to leave a store feeling inspired to be a better person, but that's exactly what happened. Anthony and Jose reminded me what great customer service--and great humanity--look like. Thank you both for your grace, your help, and for putting up with a cranky old guy. In a world where people seem to be constantly at odds, you two truly shined.

This store provided me excellent customer service along with Antonio Garcia. I also observed the other employees were very friendly and attentative to the other customers who walked in.

The employees who works at Discoint Tires on Braker and Burnet are so friendly, kind and easy to work with. They do not push or try to rip the customer off. I have been there twice this week and felt so good about the work they did.

I had a scheduled appointment to see about getting new tires. The entire process was very efficient and pleasant. Tony was helpful in showing me my options which helped me make an informed decision. I was very impressed the tires arrived from another store and put on my car within the hour/hour and fifteen minutes time he promised. Alex kept me informed on the timeline as well. I will definitely visit this location again!
