The associate was very professional and actually got me out of there 45 minutes earlier than expected.

I came in because my tire had a nail and lost all the air. The staff helped me right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. Everything was very smooth—I could see the repair time and details on my phone, which was super convenient. The technician confirmed everything with me before starting, and the repair was done in about an hour, just as promised. What really surprised me was that they fixed it for free! Great service, very professional and efficient. I really appreciate their kindness. Highly recommend!

Angel was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and kind. He even inspected my spare tire, which no one had done for me before. My visit took less time than I had expected.

Employees are kind and knowledgeable. I made an appt for a tire rotation and new wiper blades and they got me in and out in 35 minutes. It was incredible! I will always make appointments with discount tire.

The service was great and so was the employees that helped out. The only thing that I didn’t like was not getting offered a receipt for my service whether it’s through email or a print out.

The only reason cleanliness received a 4/5 was due to trash from panhandlers that was strewn on property and fast food trash from nearby establishments. That said, it remained there overnight. This isn’t a big deal to me, personally, but it’s what caused the 4/5. The interior of the store was 5/5 clean as was the shop. More consequential for me was the fact that I didn’t get a call back letting me know what was found after inspecting my tires or after the repair was done. Because I didn’t get a call, I had to wait an extra day to get my vehicle back (I called to ask the status as the store was closing and got my car the next day). That said, they patched my tire and tested the tires, all for free because these were tires purchased at Discount Tires. You really can’t beat that level of care and price. Overall I’m super impressed by the quality of care Discount Tire puts into each customer’s car. 10/10 value and quality.
